- Contact details: name, email address, phone number
- Program & account info: purchase details, program progress, support requests
- Payment processing: handled by Stripe — we do not see or store full card numbers
- Marketing & communications: your preferences and engagement with our emails or texts
- Cookies & tracking: Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tools
- Social media: interactions on Instagram or Facebook follow their platform policies
- Not for children: our Services are not intended for individuals under 18

3. Email & Text Communications
- Email: services like Mailchimp and Stan Store send program and marketing emails — unsubscribe anytime
- Text (SMS): if you opt in, SMS updates and reminders may be sent — reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.
4. Cookies, Facebook Pixel & Google Analytics
Cookies help us understand visitor behavior and improve our Services. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Analytics opt-out is available through browser controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
5. Payment Processing
Purchases are processed via Stripe or Stan Store. Their respective privacy policies govern the use of your payment data. We only receive limited confirmation details.

Trusted service providers assisting us (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing) may access personal information only to perform services on our behalf.

Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Services
Mend & Rise provides infidelity and betrayal recovery coaching, online programs, and a mobile app for personal healing and growth. All Services are coaching-based, not therapy or clinical treatment. Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or crisis service.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years of age or older to access our Services.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed via Stripe or Stan Store
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase
- For 1:1 coaching (Rise Pathway Plus), cancellation of a confirmed spot requires 48 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
- Prices and offerings may change with reasonable notice
4. 1:1 Coaching Terms
- Coaching is provided by Silke Rudolf-Andre in her capacity as a certified betrayal recovery coach
- Sessions are conducted via video call — details provided upon booking
- Voxer support is included with Rise Pathway Plus — responses within 48 business hours
- Coaching does not include crisis support — if you are in crisis, please contact emergency services
- Spots are limited to 4 clients per 6-week period
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when signing up
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use Services lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly
- Engage with the process honestly and with commitment to your own healing
6. Intellectual Property
All content — including text, graphics, audio, video, course materials, and app content — is the property of Andre Wellness & Learning PLLC. No copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling without explicit written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of specific outcomes
- Results vary by individual — healing is a personal process
- We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on coaching content
8. Confidentiality
What you share in coaching sessions is held in confidence. We will not disclose personal information shared in sessions except where required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or others.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or unlawful conduct. No refund will be issued in cases of termination for cause.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
