‍1) Information We Collect Contact details: name, email address, phone number. Program & account info: purchase details, program progress, support requests. Payment processing: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers. Marketing & communications: your preferences and engagement with our emails or texts. Cookies & tracking: Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tools. Social media: interactions on Instagram or Facebook follow their platform policies. Not for children: Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18.
2) How We Use Your Information Program delivery: provide access to course materials and support. Customer service: respond to questions and guidance. Marketing with consent: send emails and/or texts about updates, reminders, and offers. Analytics & improvement: analyze usage and improve content. Legal & security: protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3) Email & Text Communications Email: Services like Mailchimp and Stan Store send program and marketing emails; unsubscribe anytime. Text (SMS): If you opt in, SMS updates/reminders may be sent. Terms & Conditions
‍1) Services We provide Infidelity Recovery Coaching, online programs, and an app for personal growth. Services are coaching, not therapy, unless explicitly stated.
2) Eligibility Users must be 18 years or older.
3) Payments & Refunds Payments are processed via Stripe or other secure providers. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Prices and offerings may change with notice.
4) User Responsibilities Provide accurate information when signing up. Maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Use Services lawfully and responsibly.
5) Intellectual Property All content (text, graphics, audio, app materials) is property of Andre Wellness & Learning PLLC. No copying, reproducing, or distributing without permission
